2004 onwards, Ellerslie Flower Show. Owners and promoters of one of New Zealand’s iconic events celebrating all things horticultural in the country. EFS is celebrating its 10th year anniversary in 2004

2004 onwards, Teddy Bears Picnic. Contracted by Auckland City Council to event manage one of New Zealand’s iconic children’s events. Held annually at the Auckland Domain, over 30,000 people attend each year

1999 onwards, Sport Expo. Owners and promoters of the largest exhibition of sport, health and lifestyle in NZ. Over 200 exhibitors, events, activities. Major brands exhibiting such as Nike, Reebok, EAS, Rebel Sport, Asics, Avanti... 39 000 people attended in 2002.

2001 onwards, ASB Bank Maori and Pacific Island Cultural Festival
This event now enters it’s 29th year, with a major sponsor ASB Bank who has been a supporter for 17 years now and attracts over 90 000 spectators, 13 000 participants and 60 schools. SMC Group is contracted to the Secondary Schools Principals Association for the next 6 years to manage and promote this event.

1996 onwards, Contract Management of Unitec Sport and Facilities. Planned, designed and implemented the development of a holistic academy of sport specifically designed to help young athletes in the transition to professional sport. Rugby, Golf, Squash and Soccer are offered. Management of all aspects of the leisure facilities at UNITEC, including the gymnasium, indoor sports centre, tennis courts and fields.

1994 onwards, NZ Beach Volleyball Pro Tour. Joint promoters of the event with CNH Purdon and Associates.

1999 – 2001, Owners Rebel Sport Auckland Basketball Team. Responsible for all aspects of planning, management and promotion. Won the NBL championship the three years running.
