The proud tradition of Secondary School sporting competition
is echoed in the sideline cries of supporters chanting for
their team. These chants have legendary status at their
schools and Sport Expo is introducing a new competition
to see just which school has the best chant in 2004.
Enter your team to perform at the 2004 Sport Expo, 29-31
October, in front of the celebrity judges and be into win
$1000 - $500 for your team and $500 for your school.
Special guests Beatrice Faumiuna, Mills Muliaina & Joe
Rocokoco will be judging the inaugural Band Aid School “Sports
Haka” challenge.
Each participating team member receives free entry to the
Sport Expo 2004 valued at $12
Details:
Entries limited to 10 secondary school teams only.
Maximum of 10 participants per team.
Teams selected on quality of performence
Venue: Hall 4 – Alinghi Building,
Viaduct Harbour, 135 Halsey St, Auckland City
